How many citizens are required for a protest is legitimate?

If a group of 10 people in the sierra tarahumara I had to get off walk to require your municipality's drinking water for your community what Would be 10 people, many or a few for this requirement?

And if instead of people in the sierra tarahumara out of 10 people who live in “Ojocaliente” What will Be many and few?

And what would happen if instead of living in “Ojocaliente” to live in the Country or in the woods? their protest would be legitimate?

What we do not deserve all drinking Water, no matter what?

I do this reflection after seeing as it has been discredited beyond its own borders the recent protests in the Zócalo of Mexico city by those dissatisfied with the federal government. The argument for doing less its manifestation falls on the ridiculousness of saying that “there were Not many”, while the others defend it by saying “there were too many”

So how many are needed for a claim to be legitimate, I ask again?

Just a few years ago we saw it manifest itself to groups of teachers for whom they considered an unfair educational reform. They were also ignored and unappreciated, they and many other groups ignored for decades are the ones who brought to power by today's president of Mexico

The worst mistake that any politician could make is to ignore or belittle those seen today

The worst mistake that a mexican could make, is to see another group of mexicans as their enemies, and even worse, belittle their ailments.

No, No, they are different.
