Francisco Ruiz, known to his friends as Paco Ruiz, is an entrepreneur, director of KIUBIX and a volunteer through different Civil Society organizations. Specialist in Operations Management and Engineer in Electronics and Digital Systems. Since 2000 he has specialized in areas of WEB Technologies with studies at Queens University in Ontario, Canada and the Swiss Cottage Institute in London, England.
In 2001 he founded KIUBIX, a leading company in Web technologies, through which he participates in business organizations such as COPARMEX, where he was elected as National President of Young Entrepreneurs for the period 2010-2013.
In November 2011, he received the International Presidency of Young Entrepreneurs of the G20 and in 2012 he led the Summit of Young Entrepreneurs of the 20 main economies in the world where the documents generated are delivered to the leaders and businessmen of the B20.
From 2014 to 2018 he presided over COPARMEX Aguascalientes where he united, represented and promoted the businessmen of the state.
In 2019 he was regional president of COPARMEX in the Bajío-Norte zone, and is currently president of the National Committee of COPARMEX Digital, Board Member of Aguascalientes of the National Electoral Institute and Board Member in AEM San Antonio. The work of Francisco through his foundation, "México Líder", of "KIUBIX" and the civil society organizations through which he participates, has achieved:
- Representation of Mexico in economic forums on entrepreneurship and public policy platforms such as the UN, IOT, IDB, FIJE, among others. Standing out in various countries such as China, Canada, South Korea, Turkey, France, India, Argentina, Spain, Switzerland, and the United States, among others.
- The creation of international business-oriented NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations).
- Promotion of the Entrepreneurship Law at the national level, thanks to which financial education and entrepreneurship are taught from basic education.
- Promotion of the Decent Transportation Law, which generated a public agenda that has led to the gradual improvement of this public service.
- The formation of various citizen observatories in the areas of economy, security, energy, democracy and legislative efficiency.
- Promotion of an international agenda for the free market and free enterprise.
- Business training programs for innovation and disruption in business.
- Training of Think Tanks in matters of citizen participation and democracy.
Francisco's constant call to action to civil society is for an adoption of the free market that allows an intellectual and technological revolution that generates conditions of well-being for society.
